Monticello Academy students had the opportunity to visit Sacramento Taekwondo Club for a Poomsae Seminar held by US National Team Coach Master Brand. The seminar was a great experience for our athletes and a much needed session on strength training, flexibility, balance, athlete mindset, and poomsae technique. Now it’s time for the students to come home to practice and apply what they have learned. With tournament season just around the corner, the timing couldn’t have been better! Monticello Academy Taekwondo thanks Master Brand for hosting this beneficial event!
