The Taekwondo Fitness Handbook, originally created by Mr. Fluker, can help student’s with their training. Providing various stretches and exercises derived from Crossfit training will help students condition the muscles necessary for improving their Taekwondo skills. The purpose of this is to help students enhance certain skills: including agility, strength, balance, and flexibility.

The stretches and exercises are assorted into three different sections: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Also included is a training regiment befitted for each category;if you continue to practice and work hard everyday, you will learn a lot and improve as a martial artist.
